The palate is juicy with a well integrated acidity and silky tannins. RECOMMENDATIONS Store in a horizontal position in a cool place, protected from direct light. It should be served at 17oC. It pairs perfectly with grilled dishes and Mediterranean cuisine. For a combination with gastronomy from the Alentejo region, we recommend a pickled partridge. SPECIFICATIONS This wine is made with Aragonês, Trincadeira and Alicante Bouschet grape varieties. It’s aged only in stainless steel vats to preserve all the natural freshness of the grapes from which it was originated. VINIFICATION The grapes were fully destemmed into small stainless steel vats with temperature control, followed by cold maceration for 24 hours. The fermentation was slow, with gentle assemblies.
