Nunes Barata Reserva Tinto
ALENTEJO REGIONAL WINE
Very concentrated colour, rich aromas, with ripe
fruit, notes of dark chocolate and spices. It reveals
a good presence in the palate, with fine tannins,
combining elegance and strength.
Store in a horizontal position in a cool place,
protected from direct light. It should be served
at 18aC. It pairs perfectly with roasted meat
and game dishes. For a combination with the
typical gastronomy from the Alentejo region, we
recommend a lamb stew.
This wine is made with the Syrah, Trincadeira,
Alicante Bouschet and Touriga Nacional grape
varieties. It’s aged only in French oak barrels for
The grapes were fully destemmed into small
stainless steel vats with temperature control,
followed by cold maceration for 48 hours.
