RECOMMENDATIONS Store in a horizontal position in a cool place, away from direct light. It should be served between 16oC and 18oC. It perfectly accompanies meat dishes of traditional Portuguese cuisine. SPECIFICATIONS This wine is made with Syrah, Alicante Bouschet, Cabernet Sauvignon, Touriga Nacional and Trincadeira grape varieties. It is aged in French oak barrels for twelve months. VINIFICATION The grapes were fully destemmed, followed by cold maceration for 48 hours. The fermentation took place in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature.
