- ALENTEJO REGIONAL WINE SPARKLING TASTING NOTES Light straw color, green apple aroma and tropical fruits. It has a good citric acidity, fine and elegant bubble. The palate has good acidity is fresh and crisp. RECOMMENDATIONS Store in a horizontal position in a cool place, away from direct light. It should be served at 8oC. It perfectly accompanies fish, seafood and summer salads. SPECIFICATIONS This wine is made with Touriga Nacional grape variety. The bubbles are created following the traditional method of fermentation in the bottle, in a cool celar, for 9 months. VINIFICATION The grapes were fully destemmed, followed by gentle pressing in a pneumatic vacuum press. The first juice was cooled to low temperatures for 24 hours and decanted.
