- ALENTEJO REGIONAL WINE WHITE TASTING NOTES Refined aroma of good quality barrel toasted, full of white fruit like peaches and queen Claudia plums . In the mouth, it is unctuous and of robust profile denoting the pre-fermentative maceration that shaped it into a great wine. It has a beautiful acidity that gives it a fresh and prolonged finish. RECOMMENDATIONS Store in a horizontal position in a cool place, away from direct light. It should be served at 8oC. It perfectly accompanies fresh seafood and grilled fish. For a combination with the typical Alentejo gastronomy, we recommend a purslane soup with cheese or fish soup with mint from the river. SPECIFICATIONS This wine is made with grapes from a century-old vineyard with several grape varieties as Tamarês, Perrum, Arinto and Antão Vaz, etc. VINIFICATION The grapes were fully destemmed, followed by maceration in the vacuum pneumatic press. Slow fermentation starts in stainless steel vats, later passing to barrels of 500 liters of French oak without toast. TECHNICAL DATA Year: 2015 Alcohol Content: 14,1% vol.
