SPECIFICATIONS This wine is made from grapes from a century- old vine with several grape varieties, in half of its lot. To complement, Syrah, Alicante Bouschet, Cabernet Sauvignon and Touriga Nacional grape varieties were used. It ages in French oak barrels for eighteen months. VINIFICATION The grapes were fully destemmed by hand, followed by cold maceration for 48 hours. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at under controlled temperature with gentle assemblies and prolonged fermentation for 1 month with submerged blanket in the last 5 days.
